Toyota Safety Sense 3.0

The Grand Highlander comes with 7 advanced safety and driver assistance features as part of Toyota Safety Sense 3.0. Proactive Driving Assist (PDA) is an innovative feature included in this package, which uses a camera and radar to assist the driver. PDA can adjust steering or brake in a variety of situations, like around curves, when you’re following a vehicle too closely, or when there’s a pedestrian or bicyclist that poses a collision risk.

Other standard advanced safety features include a Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert to warn you when there’s a vehicle nearby or approaching.
